I dont know how to fill out the Applicants last address outside the united states for more than one year section of the g325a. I am the beneficiary should i put my current address? the one ive already putt in the applicants residence last five years section? or should i leave it blank? thanks alot!

You complete the form with your information only. The petitioner will also fill out the form using their information only.

Thats not what i mean. In the G325 there is a section called "Applicants residence last five years. List present address first." Since i am the beneficiary and my present address is obviously outside of the US do i put this same address in the following section entitled, " Applicants last address outside the united states for more than 1 year"?. Also are supplements allowed to be included in the g325a? Thanks alot.

That's it. If your current address is the "last address outside the US" then yes, that is what you answer.

The G-325a is an historical data form and i used with many visas by both petitioner and beneficiary. Some questions may seem redundant, even ARE redundant...just go with it.

Yes, you can attach additional pages if needed. Be sure they are clearly indicated what they are in response to and have BOTH your name and the petitioners name at the top. I actually made and printed a few sheets of paper with a "header" of both our names to be used for attachments.
