Need help with the form please. :)

I-94 # - What should be added here?

Current USCIS Status - Visa Waiver Program?

Application Type - I married whilst visiting on VWP. Which reason applies?

Non-Immigrant Visa Number

On reading, it seems I should have an 1-94 Arrival-Departure form. I was never given one of these nor have ever seen one.

If you are going to be successful at Do-it-yourself, you are going to need to know what you' do and don't have, and be able to answer accurately.

1. VWP people do not get an I-94, and therefore no I-94 number.

2. Yes.

3. A

4. None. Do you have a visa? Why would you think you have a visa number?

Don't assume. Know. Have you seen the VJ guide? http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

The fact that you are filling out forms without knowing what forms to fill out concerns me. I would take a step back, do some research, then come back to filling out forms. Good luck.

Edit: Yes it is $1490, and you also have to pay for a medical exam beforehand. If that is also news to you, I suggest even more study.

Thank you. I've been reading up on so many different things over the last few months, it gets too much at times. The guide has cleared everything up though.

I just have one more question. My VWP stay ends on the 31st of May. All of this needs to be filed before then for no problems to arrise, yes? So I'll have to have the medical examination before then?

Good, I'm glad the guide was helpful. Stick to it, and nothing else to avoid confusion :)

It won't make a difference if you send it our before or after your VWP stay expires. But you can start the medical done today if there are openings. You need to see a Civil Surgeon, and there is a locator tool by zipcode on the USCIS.gov website. Ask around for quotes - it should be around $200. It will be at least 2 appointments a few days apart.
