Hi everybody!! Finally I got my package ready and going to send them out tomorrow morning.

Here is my I-130 package cover letter and I-485 cover letter, Please help me to find if I am missing anything. Thanks

I-130

Enclosed please find my Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative on behalf of my wife, Shuyu Huang. Included are the following documents:

• Personal check in the amount of $420

• Form G-1145 (Attached with the Check)

• Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

• Form G-325A for Petitioner with passport photo attached in the back

• Form G-325A for Beneficiary with attachment page, passport photo attached in the back

This looks perfect! I wouldn't include photos though, those are for the interview when they will be able to see you in person. Wish I had been so organized with a checklist!

I think you're supposed to attach a copy of her passport to the I-765. It's in the instructions - Required Documentation 2(b). I know you have it attached to the I-485, but I put it in both places, just in case.

There is actually no reason not to send some pictures now and take more later.

The app says you can include anything else that substantiates and helps prove the bonfire marriage.

It is not required - doesn't mean you can't send it.

That's correct - it asks for the copy of the passport as ID.

I think you need only one cop of G-1145 on top of your overall package.

And you need copy of your passport, and I-20 (if apply) for the form I-795.

4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.

5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

05/19/2014 (Day 0) - Mailed I-751

05/27/2014 (Day 8) - Received NOA1

The three years tax returns are excessive and not required unless the petitioner is self-employed.

You only need the previous year.

Though like the pictures, it is optional, I believe it will likely just become scrap paper that is never looked at. ;)

And the one 1145 is sufficient - I attached three and one of them had my email vs. my wife's, but only my wife ever got notification.
