Can all fiancee's items be scanned in?

Hello everyone, after 5 months of fretting and having the right timing we are now just a few weeks from filing. Here is my checklist:

1) I29F form

2) 325 form from both (can her's be scanned in and me just print?)

3) My birth certificate

4) My passport with all pages copied

5) My passport photos

6) My former divorce decrees

7) My current employer offer letter, check stubs, past tax returns etc.. I believe this is for NOA2 but I have now ready.

8) Both of our letters of intent

9) How we met and proof. My exit boarding pass, plus passport stamps, plus pictures.

10) Proof of on-going relationship. emails, Xoom

Now for the questions: Did I forget anything? And can she as to (6) Her passport photos and copies of her passport.. Can she scan these in and my just print? I am not seeing a need for her to ship me anything with scans, photo papers etc. I can take her scanned passport photos in on USB and print.

Does all this sound good to go? And do I need copies of her passport?

The G-325A cannot be scanned and printed. It must be the original with her signature, not a copy. You must do the same for the letter of intent.

Everything that is signed needs to be an original signature. Anything photocopied can obviously be scanned in and emailed to you.

Her letter of intent and 325 form, must have her original signature NOT A COPY of them... the financial paperwork is not needed until NOA2 is received. Other than that, your packet seems to have what it needs. Good luck
