Hi,

As a part of AOS-EAD package:

1) Do you have to include the copy of a non US Citizen spouse's entire passport?

2) Is passport page with K3 stamp is adequate for the I-485?

3) If you need to include other passport pages, which pages do you need to include? Is the first page with your photo adequate?

Coping the passport page with K-3 stamp on it would be sufficient. But, also, It doesn't hurt if you include all the pages. So, that you don't receive an RFE on it.

I just photocopied all pages of my passport ... Many people on VJ will tell you that your wasting paper and should only copy the first few pages and your K-1/3 Visa and I-94 ...

It really isn't that big of a deal to photocopy the entire passport and that way your covered ...
