Just tried to call the NVC to get our case number and there is no option to enter the USCIS receipt number. Only to call during working hours 7AM - 12AM Eastern Daylight Time.

Anyone else had this problem. Want to get our DS-3032 sent off via email...!!!

Welcome to the forum.

I had no problems contacting NVC, just have to call during their stated hours of operation. I was able to get through to a human by calling at 5am PDT on weekdays.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Even NVC's recent emails and Official web page still refer 24 hrs automated Service; it is no more available per NVC live customer representative. And if i am not wrong, if the service is still up, you have to have CASE number not Receipt number to be benefited from automated service.

na, it all started with the USCIS receipt #.

Once you input that, yer given the NVC casenumber.

Later on in processing timeticks, one uses the NVC casenumber for finding stuff (out).

I miss those days ;)
