I just called NVC on Monday. When you call they will ask you for your petition number. Then they will verify the information with you. They asked me if i wanted to provide an email address for the beneficiary. The told me they received the petition 2 days ago but couldn't tell me when it would be sent out. I had to ask for the new case number.

It depends how your fiance's consulate works. Some consulates send the instructions by mail, some others by email and some others, you need to go directly to the consulate take the instructions. You can give them your fiance's email address if you want (or maybe they will ask you... I don't remember if it's NVC or the Department of State who asked me my email address when I called them one day). :)

Thanks a lot for the info. When did you receive your NOA2? I got mine about a week ago. I called them today and they said they don't have my petition yet. Good luck with your case.
