The only thing that i saw, which stuck out is regarding translations, see the following

Translation Requirements

All documents not written in English, or in the official language of the country in which application for a visa is being made, must be accompanied by certified translations and submitted to the NVC. The translation must include a statement signed by the translator stating that the:

•Translation is accurate, and

•Translator is competent to translate.

Meaning if your documents are in spanish, then you dont need translation for the NVC stage, as the embassy accepts spanish documents in mexico

everything else looks ok. Best of luck

Your questions are country specific to Mexico because you are e-processing and scanning documents. The only thing I would add is to make sure you scan color documents to pdf, not a black & white photocopy of something, and if divorce/military/adoption applies to you, send those documents as well. The I 864 instructions ask for 6mos worth of paystubs (or 1 if YTD income is included on it, according to some Vj members) but if your list from CEAC only asks for 3, then send 3.

I read your post yesterday but was hoping someone who has been through Cj would be able to help you but I guess they are all sleeping! :help:

Good luck!
