After 5 years overstaying a J-1 (no two year rule) visa got married to an US citizen and filling out all required forms. Well at least I hope:

G-325a

i-130

i-485

i-765

+ affidavits

medical

+ i-102 since I lost the original i-94

well so far these are I filled out. I'd be actually ready to send them in. What do I pick on i-485 PART 2 what the reason of me Adjusting Status? There is no option for spouses that are already here in the US and not on any visa anymore. Here it is: i-485 form part 2

Let's not talk too bad about Miami we all ready have a very bad reputations for drugs, women, drugs, prostitution, drugs, money laundering, drugs, shootings and some other bad things.

We do not need any more help in making us look bad.

I really don't understand how people manage to be here illegaly. Even with a valid legal status your rights are so limited that it makes your life miserable. I would imagine, being illegal is a lot worse, cause you can't do anything at all - work, travel, get medical insurance... you name it.

So you were still on an F-1 until your AOS was filed, correct? What if by some cruel twist of fate, your visa had run out before you could have afforded to file the AOS, for example, would you have promptly left the day your F-1 expired and returned at a later date? Situations happen, sometimes not ideal, but we learn to live with them. Do you understand now?
