we need your help VJ family about this pls :)

my question about the I-864 Affidant of Support. My wife is a U.S. citizen and I own my home in Morocco, could I add the value of my home in Morocco to our total asset value? to meet the poverty guidelines ?

I would need to know how many people the sponsor claims on their taxes...

Is it just you and your wife? So just 2 people?

Then it will be around 19,000. They just increased the limit from 18,400 for 2 people

If their are more people then it requires more income

Your home will be difficult because they prefer cash assets...but if you can prove it is worth almost 100,000 and ou can sell it quickly then you will have enough for 2 people

We are 3 ppl my wife and i and our baby boy ! and her income dose not meet the poverty guidelines ..unless she works for more hours at her second job then her income will be 25,363,00 § with tax returns the total income!

she is going to do that ! before sending i-864 ! i hope that can works out with sending employer letter and current pay stubs to NVC and showing that at my inter view too ! what do you think ??
