i call the NVC and they said that my case complete and they are waiting for apoitment to send my case to tunis embassy but they said that they need certefite copie of my marriage contract and my birth certificate , i am already send them cerifite copie stemped from the goverment and they refuse them and they ask for the original and i did send them the original and they recive them in 12/04/2O12 , i dont understand i did send them every thing i can

whay they keep asking for certefite copies , do you thing that they dont look at the original that i send yet?

but they did send my lowyer email said that they recive the original at the same day he send them , means the 12/04/2012

really i need your help guys? the woman tell me i need to bring them at the interview or i will have trouble

if your appointment date is set,

then bring the docs to the interview

otherwise

call in to NVC , get a supervisor, tell the supervisor you sent the originals, and the person that is doing the review has no clue what the original is supposed to look like

and then

ask the supervisor to start another review of the casefile, with the current example of the civil docs from Tunisia given to the Reviewer. NVC DOES HAVE the current examples - IMO you've gotten a lazy Reviewer on yer casefile.

If I'm not mistaken you've send them the original. It doesn't make any sense. You want to hold on to originals, since you won't get any papers back. If in doubt what kind of papers are needed just make an info appointment and ask politely. Better be safe, than sorry.

NVC requires submission of original documents. Furthermore, making info appointments is a USCIS procedure. The NVC is a State Department agency and one that does not do in-person appointments.

my friends i still can't understand what i need to do , i have a lowyer but he never call the NVC for information , all what he do is waiting to recive email then he moove , this is his procedure for work

i am really so confused , looks like i lost my originals document for nothing because they keep asking for the same document

i need real solution, do i have to wait until they give interview date ? maby they are just now checking the news document i send, same time i am wonder if they set interview date without cheking the new document i send?????

It makes sense to me, as the instructions clearly state to send originals to NVC, and the IV unit returns originals on interview day.

There is no concept of 'info appointment' at an IV unit, sorry.

You do have to send originals....if you have to go to court and get more made ONLY this from court is valid NOT even certified copies. If you gave them originals and they say they don't have.....just go to official office that give document to you and request more. If marraige court, go there. If birth record place, go there. They want documents from these official places
