i never realised i had to fill all the previous marriages on the petition forms...well. have to see if i will get a RFE. but what now, if they as well together with the recent divorce paper, they want to see as well my old old divorce paper from my first marriage 20 years ago??? first, the marriage took place in africa, so i got no idea anymore what exact date i got married then :( ... ( and they want to know that later on the forms for k1 application..) second, the divorce as well took place in africa, and i can tell u, its a hopless thing to ask them about a divoce paper witch took place so long ago.. ( in fact even if it took place recently it would be impossible, they have no computers and al files aremixed up.. no alphabetic order or such thing!!) so, what can i do if they realise this and want to see the first divoce paper? ( even if it doesnt make sense, coz i couldnt get married again if i wouldnt have got a divoce......)please, any ideas?? thanks alot, i appreciate every suggestion!

well, i got remarried again not in my home country, but later on the city council where i ve sent the documents that time made it official as well i my home country. so i guess the only chance to get any, ist to call them and ask what they have stored. what do u guys think, should i get this documents very quick, if possible and send them together with the new written documents to my fiance? so he can send them allready now to the serivice center? or should we wait until we get a RFE and send them then? i am afraid if we send them now, maybee they will not even be attached to our old petition... as u know, how many of thousands every day rich.... i really dont know what is best.
