Hi! My children will be scheduled an interview soon..Anyone has their kids done this? please share. What are the questions? I have two minors ages 9 and 10yo. Both are my children in my previous marriage and I have their custody written in our annulment. Is there any chance that US embassy would still ask for a waiver from their father for them to be allowed to leave the county? Please help...

just personal questions.. and of course they need all the req. docs.

and there will be a chance that CO will gonna ask why the kids was left in the PH while they can come with u here in the US (if they are K2 FTJ)

if u have the custody then u dont have to worry... waiver or letter from X is not necessary...
