That's one speedy timeline. Have you been expedited? EAD/AP are about 2-3 months. You might be lucky and get your GC quickly enough you will not need an EAD.

I filed march 5th, bio appt April 12th, Interview May 23rd and I'm still waiting for EAD too! I'm concerned that I wont have much as evidence if the EAD doesn't come through so I can change my name on my bank account and drivers licence. Just a thought, could I do a joint account with my husband in my maiden name? would it make a difference?

My husband and i filed on 29th Dec, received EAD and AP but no GC and interview yet. Our case was transferred to California processing centre. I am just wondering if it depends on where you file or where your case was transferred to for processing. Seems like the California service centre is either very busy or too slow. Still waiting to hear from them...

Hello VJ members,

We just received our welcome to United States letter from USCIS two days ago! We should be able to receive our Green Card by mail 3 weeks from now. This is unbelievable! We filed on 29 Dec 2011. No interviews, no RFEs. For those still waiting, this should give you some hope. All the best.
