Has anyone ever submitted (2) two I-129f's for different girls?

Okay a little background.... exactly one year ago I submitted a I-129f which was accepted just as quickly and my application was approved rapidly and sent to my fiancee (at the time). Well, I decided to not bring "said fiancee" to USA. I didnt cancel the 129f, just let it die on its own. I think the time for it's expiration was 6 months? Correct me if I am wrong?

Now my question...

Many months later I visited Russia once again and met a girl I have known for a while and kept in contact with. Now I have spent a good amount of time with her in person and we submitted I-129f.

I mailed my application and it was received by NSC on 9th of Feb. My check has yet to be cashed and I havent received any responce. Is there an E-mail to NSC?? I have drafted a memo, I will send tomorrow also.

Has anyone sent more than I-129f on other girls? Do you think they are sitting on my application because it's the second one I have submitted and for a different girl than the first? It has been a year..... But I'm clueless now... :help:

Yes, others have filed for more than 1 if the first didn't work out (for whatever reason). Will you have problems? I'm not sure. Just make sure she knows about the first girl as it might come up at her interview.

The mail room opens your package and takes the check, forwarding your package to the next department as long as your payment is correct, if it's not correct the whole thing will be returned to you. There isn't a way to contact the NSC by email, you would have to call the USCIS and I'm not sure if they can help you without a case #. While it's been 2 weeks since they received your package, stranger things have happened and sometimes NOA1s can take a month.

Many people have gone through the entire K1 process with more than one girl (not at the same time.) So! just doing another I129f is not a big deal - you just need to disclose it where asked for (previous visa/sponsorship questions.) Good Luck

Okay, well good about being able to do this more than once...

First time I submitted with CSC, this time I submitted with NSC, would that be an issue also? Would they have forwarded my package to CSC because my first package was submitted through them? Still my check not being cashed concerns me... But also because I havent received my package back by mail, is very curious also, if it was a check issue...

Thanks,

Keith

Don't agree. If it's not asked for then don't submit it.

I would simply answer question #11 on the form as "yes" and add application expired voluntarily.

This process is adversarial and volunteering information that's not requested can be more perilous than simply sitting back and waiting for an RFE; if you get one that is.

What does anyone think about waiting one more week and resubmitting my entire package and a new check? The norm is having payment clear bank with in one week or less after reciept of application... I have an additional copy of my entire package I can xerox and resubmit...

Be patient! Very dumb idea..... It's only been a couple of weeks.

What ever happened to patience? You can't submit xerox copies anyways since you need original signatures on the I-129F and G-325A. There is no "norm" of 1 week of check being cleared after receipt. USCIS says you wait 30 days after submitting a petition to see a notice of action.

NOA1's take varying amounts of times to arrive, some don't even arrive and they still get their NOA2, so don't worry too much about that. With the second K1 visa, I have seen other people do it on here and get through the processes. There is a chance they can ask you about the previous petition but all you have to do is answer honestly and prove this current relationship is valid. Good luck! :)
