I would Think the USC. But I don't know the Answer. A Strong Letter of Employment is beneficial with or without a Co-Sponsor. I don't see how Bank Satements would help since its easly in the year and accumulation of savings for 3 months helps.

But, I would ask. Was there additional pay for Unemployment Benefits? That is Countable. I see your Timelime is close to the end for the interview. Unemployment hasaffected alot of us (my case as well)

My Off Advice would be as you said. Bank Statements, paystubs, employment letter and back-up co-sponsor if needed. Thats playing the cards the safeway. ..... What was 2009 tax returns? might help or do not submit if low.

As I said: The Currant Income shows $36,000.00 but a short period of time. Hopefuly, a Senior can give you a better idea!

Good Luck .
