Where can i find the forms or documents that my fiance needs and the documents i need to send it to her, is the GUIDE here for the K1 pretty accurate?

Read this in addition to VJ. At application you will need to send the Bio information outlined in i-129f instructions. They also need return you a letter of intent to marry and passport photo.
