hey everybody...

I am applying AOS for my wife (married on March 10,2012), who came here March 2, 2012 with fiancee visa. Question is:

1. Do we BOTH need to fill Form G-325A or it's only her that needs to fill?

2. Do they need a copy of my citizenship paper?

3. My wife's Primary doctor recommended to update vaccinations after delivery because she is pregnant. What will happen? Does it mean USCIS will postpone everything until after delivery?

I appreciate in Advance for answering these three questions.

Sincerly,

F&K

Adjustment of status is for the beneficiary. Not the US citizen.

Adjustment of status is filled out only by the beneficiary not the US citizen.

Please follow the guides for Adjustment of status, they clearly state what is needed to be included in the package.

Include a letter with the vaccination portion stating that she is pregnant and cannot have certain vaccinations. Also helps to have a note from the doctor she is seeing for her pregnancy.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

She still will need the vaccinations portion of I-693 completed by USCIS affiliated physician.

I think she might get a blanket waiver there because of pregnancy.

She would already have a blanket waiver given by the US embassy. If her papers are complete aside from the vaccinations she cant have due to pregnancy she wouldn't be required to get a 693.
