Question on form I-130

I have a question about form I-130 - Question 22 on I-130 states:

“Complete the information below if your relative is in the US and will apply for AOS: City, State”

I am currently in new jersey on H1B and will apply for green card through US citizen sibling this month. I will apply for AOS but only once the date is current. I am not going to file I-130 and I-485 at the same time, so do I still answer this question (as Chicago, IL) or is this question for people who are going to file I-130 and I-485 at the same time?

I would put N/A. You have a 10-year wait to be able to AOS through sibling. Who knows what will happen in that time. I think that question is geared more towards a concurrent application.
