Hi again guys!

sorry again for this questions but im starting to worry again. On feb 22,2012 i received a letter saying that "within a week the petition will be forwarded to the appropriate vissa-issuing post". My question is what is next because until now we havnt received any word from them. Should i call them?

i also have a planned vacation going back to the pilippines for 3wks thats when im gonna pick her up April 25- May 16. Do you guys think thats a feasible time that we would be able to get her visa and be able to bring her here in the US?what do you guys think?

thanks in advance!!!

Where is your case? NVC or the consulate? Do you have your case number? The letter you received is your NOA2 (from USCIS) or the NVC letter?

You need to give us more informations so we can help you. :)

If your petition is at the consulate, members from Philippines will be able to tell you how is the process there.

Thanks for the infos. I can't help you at this point but this link can be helpful to you if you don't know it: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=Philippines&cty=Manila

Also, now that you're at the consulate stage, you should consult the Philippines forum as the process is country specific. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

I'm sure other members will help you!

djizhou, your interview is April 56th? wow. To have an idea of what kind of questions are asked, you can look at reviews from your consulate (http://www.visajourney.com/reviews/) or check this link: http://www.visajourney.com/content/exampleq

She can use a copy of that letter with your MNL number on it to go and take her medical at St Lukes. Eventually Embassy in Manila will have you in the system, takes a few weeks sometimes, then you call their appointment line and make your appointment for K-1 Visa interview.
