A car and savings do not matter if your current income is above the USCIS poverty guide lines. You can use just your income to sponsor.

they look at your latest tax transcripts.. if thats enough...youre good to go :) but if you have some willing to cosponsor just have them do it just in case. If you end up needing it then you have it and if you dont need it ..better safe than sorry. Good luck dear

co-sponsor, my dad is willing to sponsor but i have a sister and a brother that still under my dad and my mom, so is this mean my dad needs to meet the 5 person including my fiance in the poeverty guidelines???

Manila often does not allow co-sponsors for K-1 petitions.

If you exceed the requirement of 125% of the poverty level for a household of 2, then you do not need to list assets at all. You can leave that whole section blank. Also, if you make more than enough, then you do not even need a co-sponsor.

You will provide your tax transcripts, but also letters from your employers stating your position and salary, plus a few months worth of your most recent pay stubs to prove your current income. Your current income being more than enough is what really counts.
