There's no requirement for a cover letter or a list of documents. Include whatever you want to.

We did a document list I think it helps to let the IO know you are organized and have everything. Our AOS interview was simple. You will do a great job.

Cover letter is simple and it really is a list of your documents

Per your request for more evidence regarding our joint I-751 petition filing find enclosed.

- A letter regarding NO Birth Certificate for children at this time and explanation as to our feelings as to why.

- A copy of our 2011 Taxes statements for both Federal and State and the financial Document used to prepare OUR TAXES.

- A copy of our Electricity Bill for May 2011 and April 2012

- A copy of two bank accounts showing Joint ownership as well as the first letter given to us by our bank on August 2011.

- A copy of the Human Resource information of my Elections at retired to show support of my wife in the future UPON MY DEATH.

- A copy of both of her Driving Permit and License as well as the Joint registration and TITLE to our car.

- A copy of both of our Health insurance through Union Pacific Railroad for our joint health coverage.

- A copy of our Dental Bills showing we used the same dentist have the same Billing address and current cost. Paid in Full

These document are being submitted as you requested in addition to those document already submitted with the I-751 form.

You may feel free to inquire to any of the sources of the enclosed documentation for validity of their statements. You are also welcome to visit our home as Agents have done in the past. Please advise us if you have any questions or problems related to this or any other information we have submitted.

I think if it comes from you it's perfect. Having a separate sleeve for each document assists them to refer so easily and crating a table of contents is good. Sometimes being well organised helps towards the results you want! Even though we never had as many documents as you for the ROC package, we got the result we wanted because of my well organised wife :) The best of luck guys :)
