Hi VJ friends;

My husband will file a Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relatives...he is living in Kalama, Washington and I am the beneficiary living here in Philippines by myself. Where he can send the Form I-130? Does Chicago or Phoenix?

I need help...please!!!

05/22/2012: Interview APPROVED!!!!!!

05/26/2012: Visa in Hand (9 months 11 days from NOA1)

Thank you very much for the information...But Kalama, Washington is in Washington State, not Washington DC.

If your husband doesn't know he is to file by mailing to the Phoenix address, then he has not yet carefully studied the I-130 instructions. His doing so will be crucial to your ultimate immigration success.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
