Pay stubs are optional for the AOS package, so you can send as many or as little as you want.

As for the 100% poverty line, you need to be on ACTIVE duty to qualify.

You're welcome.

And you take whatever amount is on the tax return. Don't add anything to make the income look good. It has to be directly from the 1040/1040A/1040EZ returns.

100% Poverty line is ACTIVE duty only.

Mandatory items for I-864 are the petitioner's most recent TAX TRANSCRIPT or most recent TAX RETURN + W2 (This is really important. If you choose to send a tax *return* you MUST send W2 with it).

Optional items (but recommended) are the petitioner's past 3 years worth of TAX TRANSCRIPTS or TAX RETURNS + W2 for each year, employment verification letter (if not self-employed) and pay-stubs for the previous six pay periods.

The above description applies when you file AOS solely based on annual income. If you submit any supporting financial evidence, like a property deed for example, you will need to include additional documentary evidence pertaining to that.

Good luck.
