calling NVC from Phils. what numbers will i dial? i dont know the area code and country code any idea? Thanks! :)

All I know, is that I need you... I need you in my life as much as I need food or water or air to breathe - for the longest time, I've had this thirst deep inside... only to be known and understood and be loved for who I am. June 2010: Met online via dating site

Oct.25,2010: He came here to meet me and my family and proposed in a lunch organized by my sister and me of course!

Nov.6, 2010: He went back to US

April 26, 2011: Came back for our wedding

May 17, 2011: The big day!!! We finally exchanged "I DO's"

Aug. 8, 2011: Sent complete Package of I-130

Aug. 26,2011: NOA1 (it was a very stressful long wait!)

March 1, 2012: NOA2 the moment we've been waiting finally here!!!

March 20, 2012: I called NVC got our MNL case# and IIN and sent my DS3032 via email

March 22, 2012: Received 2 Emails from NVC PAOSF I-130 and ACL

March 24, 2012: AOS paid online

March 27, 2012: AOS PAYMENT ACCEPTED

april 04, 2012: AOS PACKAGE ON ITS WAY TO NVC

April 04, 2012: IV bill paid

04-06-2012 Received interview letter in e-mail (25 days after case complete)

04-10-2012 Medical in Asuncion

04-30-2012 Interview-APPROVED

05-02-2012 Visa available for pickup

USA

05-10-2012 POE-Bahamas

05-25-2012 Welcome Letter received

I have to dial 0021 first when calling from Paraguay. 0021 603 334 0700

How is that? US country code is 001, not 0021. No matter which country you call from, so long as you're dialing a number in the US, the country code remains 001.

Hi! i called them using hello IDD card it cost only 2.5/minute. NVC 001 6033340700.

they will ask your USCIS receipt#,name and birthday of Petitioner and Beneficiary.and

email add...Goodluck!

Oct 05'12 Got my new SSN card.

April 16'13 USCIS emailed Case Status:Card/Document Production.

April 20'13 Recieved mail from USCIS welcome notice.

April 22'13 USCIS email that USPS picked up mail containing my GC.

April 25'13 Green Card on hand,finally!...

That is what I thought too but the first time I tried to call them from here I dialed 001 and it didn't work. I asked the woman working at the phone company how to call the US and she said dial 0021 and it's worked every time. It's weird.

uhmmm when i was in the PH i am using google talk to call NVC... maybe u can try it too... its free... :yes::thumbs:
