Hello...

Honestly, I have clear picture that timeline for each I -130 varies. I filled I -130 for my spouse on Oct. 17, 2011. I just past my official 5 months time line @ VCS. I am planning to give USCIS call coming week if i dont hear anything this week. But days feel so long specially when I see people got approved within 3-4 months from VCS.Consider them as Luky but just for peace of mind any body with the same time frame???? I guess somewhere I am looking for moral back up???.... B-)B-)B-)

On forum, some people mentioned day to day update about approved cases?? if possible,where can i get the link?? I only know the link to check the update almost once in a two week ???

Hello...

I received the NOA1 on the same date - 10/17/2011. I am IR-5 petitioner (for parents) but I guess it doesn't make any difference. I hope we will get the NOA2 sometime in April, probably late April.

I-130 for both parents sent: 2011-10-10

I-130 NOA1 for both parents: 2011-10-17

Mom's case:

I-130 NOA2: 2012-03-30

Received at NVC: 2012-04-16

NVC# and IIN: 2012-04-30

DS-3032 emailed: 2012-05-01

AOS bill invoiced and paid: 2012-05-02

AOS bill shows "PAID": 2012-05-03

DS-3032 approved: 2012-05-08

IV bill invoiced/paid: 2012-05-09

I-864 package for both parents sent: 2012-05-10

DS-230 package for both parents sent: 2012-05-16

AOS Checklist for both parents: 2012-05-21; Correction sent: 2012-05-22

DS-230 Checklist for both parents: 2012-05-25; Correction/Documents sent: 2012-06-04

i know how you feel buddy...

given the current vsc projectory, you should get something from them by next month.

you can always call the customer service to get a service inquiry if you are beyond 5 months of noa1

01/26/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.

07/31/12 - Emailed GZO Supplemental Packet 3.

08/02/12 - Case completed and commenced final review.

08/03/12 - Shipped all copies of forms/letters/documents to my wife - arriving on 8/9/12.

08/06/12 - Case completed final review.

08/09/12 - Appointment letter received via email interview date set 9/6/12.

08/14/12 - Medical exam done.

08/15/12 - Medical exam results all normal.

09/06/12 - Submitted required documents at the embassy and interview set next day at 0730.

When call them last week they say , they working on January 2011 still now

.... I guess they very very slow ... On coming 5th my 11 month are over and it's way beyond 5 month approval time ... As I am F2A spouse ...

Sometimes even we know the fact,I guess, we don’t want to acknowledge; especially when the decision making process is attached with emotions. I am well aware that 5 months is general time frame and it might take 6-7 months. but we all want to see our beloved with us earliest possible.

If i am not wrong, F2A is related with LPR and if that is the case, when I checked the time line (2 days ago), it was 9 Jan 2011 @ VSC. It might be even worse for CSC.
