Hi Vjers, I am Beneficiary (Indonesian Citizen) and My Fiancee (Petitioner)is US Citizen. Now we are processing K1 Visa,we got confused about the Button Below of G-325A."PRINT YOUR NAME & ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER IN THE BOX OUTLINED BY HEAVY BORDER BELOW(FAMILY NAME GIVEN NAME MIDDLE NAME ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER )

I assumed that I will put My Data and will put N/A in ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER.......?Is that Correct?

How about My Fiance?Should he do same also?

Other question is My Petitioner is a student now and no job for 2 years but he has saving in Bank. For two of us,Howmuch money he could be prepare for minimum?

Please Advice,thank you so much

Yes, type in your names in the order it states there on the form and put None for A#. See example form: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A.pdf

If he is planning on using assets alone to qualify, he needs to know that he will need 3 times the amount in assets. So, if his household size is himself plus you, for a total of 2 he needs $18,912 in income. If he has no income, he needs at least $56,736 in assets. Even if he has that amount in savings, it will be up to the CO whether or not accept or deny without recent past or current income. Your fiance might want to think about finding a co-sponsor just in case.

100k and proof that he is a medical student and will be getting a job as soon as he finishes school should be enough.
