Hello!!! I hope someone can help me here... The post office returned our notice and they did not send us the biometric appointment letter. Today we went to USCIS (we schedule an infopass) they called me right after and said my biometric appointment is in 2 DAYS!!! and of course I wont make it on time because my letter wont be here on time. They said they could give a date for the 16 of April. I told them NO WAY I prefer to try to talk to them here send me the letter please.

This is in Tucson AZ - ¿Has anyone walk in there? ¿do I need to make an infopass? I dont think is in the same office of the infopass tho! So please if you can help me or if you know anyone that lives in Tucson and had a biometric here.

thank you all!!

Pamela

I'm really not sure. I was of the assumption that everything is done at the Phoenix office, I didn't realise that there is one in Tuscon though.

Why the assumption that Tucson doesn't have an office? Tucson has an ASC for fingerprinting and also an DHS office for interviews. As a matter a fact I did a walk-in in Tucson as I was not able to keep my original appointment. They can't always do that but they were able to squeeze me in, is what they said.

To update this thread,

Did a wak-in biometric today for Removing Conditions. Entire process took 2 hours. Rather disorganised but I'm presuming they were short-staffed? No issues from any Staff as to my reasons.
