The USCIS site shows:

USCIS

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

It seems to me that Business should be on the next line with Suite 400 or does it not matter? I am going to have the packet ready to send in a day or two I believe. It took a while to get my birth cert. so now I don't want any more delays. Thank you all for your help.

Go with the address on the USCIS site and in their instructions and you'll be fine. Good luck, the journey is just beginning!

I imagine that "Business" is part of the name of the highway on which the USCIS facility is located -- presumably it's a "Business" route that goes through a town rather than bypassing it -- in which case the address would be correct as given.

It doesn't matter. I guess the mailman is used to it… That should not be something that will cause delays! :)

Just write it as the USCIS wrote it.
