I am filling in my Biographic Information right now. At the bottom of the page I need to put in my Alien Registration Number. Is that the A# on my visa and the same they are asking for at the top of the page A#?

Then I was wondering about that medical exam. I got mine done for my K1 Visa in June, so I am in the one year range and should be fine with the supplement form I-693A.

Now..I don't have any records of my medical exam for the visa, but I have all my vaccinations on record in a vaccination book. Can the doctor use this as well or do I have to get a full medical exam done now?

(Cause that would suck!!)

Oh yea..if I only need that supplement form, do I still need to go to one of those official civil surgeons that are listed by INS or can I go i.e to a doctor on the Air Force Base where my husband is stationed at?

Thanks so much in advance for your help, I really don't want to screw this up!

A# can be found on the approval letter (NOA2) under the beneficiary's name.

For the medical, you don't have to go thru the whole examination but yeah, you have to get the vaccination done by one of the civil surgeon chosen by USCIS. The list can be found on their website. If you have already had vaccines done... call one of the civil surgeon in your area and ask them if they would transfer those to I-693A for you.
