Has anyone (F2A) with PD in Jan/Feb 2011 got any forms from the NVC? I meant to ask about DS-3032/I-864 or DS

Hi Everyone,

We are not new to the Visa process - we did a K-1 13 years ago and petitioned my Mother-in-law about 5 years ago. We have found the information on this site quite useful and felt we should add our timeline so others can see how they compare.

We are currently helping my Mother-in-law petition her youngest daughter on a F2A Visa. Her priority is 01-11-2011

Here is our timeline so far:

USCIS

01-05-2011: I-130 Sent

01-11-2011: Notice of Action 1 (NOA1)

06-14-2011: Notice of Action 2 (NOA2) 5 months from NOA1

NVC

03-24-2012: Received DS-3032 (thru normal mail)

03-24-2012: Received Affidavit Of Support (thru normal mail)

03-24-2012: Paid AOS fee - paid online - status:In Process

As we continue through this new journey we will update.

I'm so glad that my wife eventually got the AOS and DS-3032 today.

Let's pray for one another and hope for the best.

Priority Date: 11-Jan-2011

What is this AOS and DS-3032 stuff(Isn't priority date still Oct 2009?), i applied for I130 back in January 2011 as well i haven't received any communication.

Called them up.. they said i should get them in mail in 10-15 days. For folks that didn't hear back doesnt hurt to call and find out the status. the process doesn't look to be FIFO!!
