I am just a couple of days away from sending packet 3 to the embassy in Sydney and I'm not sure if I need to send the medical results and evidence of a relationship or do I just bring the medical results and evidence with me to the interview when I have one?

Thank you.

Medical results go with packet 3. Here is the P3 link: http://canberra.usembassy.gov/fiance_niv_appl.html you will see the DS-1076 has the list of things you send with P3 (including the DS-1076 itself).

Evidence of relationship is for interview.

On that checklist it doesn't mention the fingerprint test is required with the police check, but I've read everywhere that it is. So will I need that?

This is the fingerprint link: http://canberra.usembassy.gov/obtain_police_cert.html Yes fingerprints are required.
