Oh my god , I see a lot of RFE , Im afraid , I'll become insane :help:

Just remember an RFE isn't a denial. Just a speed bump in the approval process. *Gulp!* :blink:

14/03/2012: I-129F NOA1 (Receipt)

04/10/2012: I-129F NOA2 (Approved) after 203 days of waiting !!

09/10/2012: Package Received By NVC

Yes, same here... Three before my number got an RFE, and one after again another RFE. They are definitely working on 'my' stack.... scary though, as they seem to be grumpy today!

What are the last 3 numbers for you?

84 = RFE

87 = Approval

88 = RFE

98 = RFE

99 = RFE

i thought that RFE of 84, 88, 98 and 99 are not for k1 visa. i guess they are for the adjustment of status, like they have been in the US already. 87 though is an approval for fiance visa..that's what my interpretation is..

Hmm... I have it that 83 - 107 are all March 9 K1 Fiance visas...

are they done with March 7?????

I applied on march 1st. Has anyone been approved for march 1st yet? And how do you know they touched your case. When I checked the website it still says initial review, and I have called several times and spoke to supervisor's and no one can put a service request.

The March 1's are still waiting.. Kaaha is one such as you that hasn't been processed yet. VSC is very erratic (and slow as you'll notice). Please see previous post in this thread of mine, giving tips on how to 'play' with the other numbers to see what is going on in your grouping... (F)

No, they're not done. Out of the 65 March 7th cases I know of, 9 of them have been approved and 10 of them are in RFE.
