hey to all past K3 non Immigrant case closed, and converted to CR-1 & IR-1 do we need to file and pay I-130 again to USCIS or not?or we just pay for the $404 for and another $70 for I-864 to NVC?THANKS in Advance!!!

You already filed the I-130. No need to file or pay again. The next fees to NVC will be $88 for the I-864 and $404 for the Immigrant Visa application fee.

Gentle reminder:

If there is a child in need of a Visa (would have originally been a K-4 Derivative) that child will need an I-130 as there are no derivatives for CR/IR Visas. You should file the I-130 for the child ASAP and on the cover letter specifically request an expedite as the parent has an approved I-130 that is currently at NVC Processing, include the USCIS file number.
