Hello all. We've been trying to get all the paperwork together for filling out the DS-230, and we finally did. However, we noticed that the expiration date of the newest DS-230 (http://www.state.gov/documents/organization/81807.pdf) is today...(Japan time). The soonest we can send it out is tomorrow, but that will already make the form invalid, right? I can't find any new document anywhere on the Internet...if it was filled out before the 29th, and postmarked the 1st, is it still valid? What should we do? I already submitted the Affidavit of Support forms, and we'd like to get everything submitted as soon as possible...thank you for any help or insight.

forms dont become invalid until a new version is released and even then the old one might still be ok to use for a short while. plus you can only use the version that is available at the time of filing. dont worry about it... just send it in :)

Correct but it is not the form that expires, just the period for OMB to receive comments on it. See the OMB in the line with the expiration date.
