I am a U.S. citizen and I recently turned 21 I would like to file AOS and I-130 for both my parents but I am a bit concerned and confused if I will be able to or not. Both my parents had EWI before but the last time they entered they both entered with a tourist visa and have, obviously, overstayed their visit. Will I be able to file and AOS for them even if they had EWI before? Will they recieve the 10 year ban if I do?

This is not in the appropriate forum - your parents are not adjusting status from a family based visa they entered as tourists.

Moving to adjustment of status from tourist.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

When they got the tourist visa, was the EWI declared/ known to the consular officer? If so, it seems it was long ago enough to be forgiven. If not yes, it could cause problems.
