I could use some advice on my upcoming interview. AOS package (from k1 visa) send out Jan. 10, recieved NOA1 Jan. 14. Biometrics appointment 2 weeks ago (Feb. 13) and we thought it'd be quiet for a little while. Only hoped for the approval of the EAD, so I could get my SSN. We failed to get that taken care of before and not having a SSN has proven to be a bit annoying :)

Pretty much impossible to get me to cosign on the more important things (mortgage, bank account, utility bills).

To our surprise this weekend I already got the interview letter, end of March is our date. Very nice ofcourse, but without the SSN it'll be difficult to show any proof of 'shared household'.

Any ideas what else we could bring, besides bills/bank account/mortgage?

Shared movie rental account - usually you can print off the page with your account details and both names.

Shared grocery discount - usually you can print off the page with your account details and both names.

Shared pet store discount card - usually you can print off the page with your account details and both names.

pictures from the wedding if you have any

affidavits from a couple people who attended the wedding or from some friends you recently made who are shared friends/couple friends.

If you had any mail - letters or cards - or E-cards sent that have both your names on it printem out / bring them to the interview.

you are very lucky and congrats sent mine in Sept bio in November and transfered on 12/01/11 still waiting

Thanks, I'm still a bit amazed with how fast things are coming along.

As far as evidence, pictures and mail (magazine subscription, cards) are no problem. But that's just fun mail, not the more serious important things like shared bills/mortgage.

Only thing we can bring in that category is our health insurance. Don't think the Dutch mail send to our home (taxes/bank account) is sufficient enough.

We went to the Chase bank nearby where they were very helpful, but insisted on another (state issued) ID next to my passport. And for that I have to wait 'till I recieve the greencard.

Not too worried about the interview (yet), up untill now everything went pretty smooth (minus all the waiting, haha). We'll bring whatever 'shared' we can gather, along with pictures and our little girl. Although I don't think she'll be very helpful when it comes to answering questions :)
