in my fiancee country her and the girls in her familys last name is different then the fathers and mens. the womens last name is feminine and the mens last name ends in male. Its like this for everyone in her country. So her dads last name is baransis and her last name is baransaja, along with her mom and all her sisters. on her passport it says baransaja as her last name as well. so should i put her family last name on the 129f as baransaja and put in a small letter with the 129f about how in her country the last names are different from male to female? thanksss

You certainly can add a little letter explaining if you want to.

USCIS will understand how naming conventions work in her country. No note is needed, though it won't hurt if it makes you feel better. USCIS deals with this every day.

No need; they understand these things. Russia is similar with a masculine form and a feminine forms of last names. You put their correct names correctly where they ask for those names.
