Is there anyone that has aleady had their papers sent from NVC to a U.S. consulate? If so, how long did it take? I know the estimated time but I wanted time from real petitions :)

Our petition left VSC on the 18th of August and it was received at the US consulate in Germany on the 23rd of August. I don't know the exact date when it was delivered at the NVC and when it left the NVC. My fiance tried to call a couple of times but he never got to speak to a "real" person"

Have you tried doing a search on the timelines?
Correct, the timelines will give you a very good big picture due to varriance of time from NOA2 to NVC, and NVC doing a security check, then batch sending them out.

Check the timelines select advance view of your partition type then filter for Mexico. You will see many real petition cases.
