AOS Question on Bio-Metrics Expired..RE Appear

Last week Our Senetor's Office called and said i will be called for.. to Give them My Finger prints as they Got Expired.I know This when I went for My 3 EAD in JUNE Itself.when we Asked the Bench Clerk about the status on 485- He said My Finger Prints show Expired but Name Check has Not been Cleared.( He Tired to Act smart saying He is Not Going to say which One is Not Completed, out of three Two Got Cleared and One More Awaiting)

Sure Enough Last Friday INS sent a letter to Have my finger prints done on 10/12 to continue the Processing of My Case,Suprisingly i got Another letter saying to Apper on Nov 5 which is sunday.I am just ignoring the later One.still I have doubts in minds is Oct 12 (which is a Columbus Day) INS offices will Open?

Lets assume My case is Approved..Thatz why they called me to Give Finger Prints..should I let INS officer know I should qualify for 10 year GC as i am over 2+ years of marriage?

24 Sep 2000 - Came to US on Temp Worker Visa

06 Apr 2004 - Got Married at LA

18 June 2004- Sent I-130,I-765,I-485 to New Orleans District Office

26 June 2004 Received NOA1 & NOA2

11 Aug 2004 Biometrics done at New Orleans

12 Aug 2004 I-765 Approved!!

14 Aug 2004 I-485 Status Updated

13 December 2004 AOS Interview Letter Received!!

October the 12th is not a federal holiday, October the 9th is.

Traveled to Morocco on Aug 3rd, 2005

Got Engaged on Aug 16th, 2005

Left Morocco on Aug 19th, 2005

08-29-05 Filed I129F

01-09-06 Interview Date (9am) We were not approved today, I guess we got a 221g of the damn S. Korea Police Certificate that Casablanca said we didn't need.

03/03/06 Turn in Passport at 9am

03/15/06 Visa Issued

03/31/06 Enter USA via JFK

05/15/06 Wedding for Visa

06/10/06 Mailed AOS papers

07/06/06 Biometerics Apt

07/15/06 My offical wedding day....I know .....:-)

07/10/06 Touched

08/25/06 EAD Approvel

09/01/06 EAD in Hand

09/26/06 AOS Interview (Recommend for Approval)

10-05-06 Received Welcome Letter

10-10-06 Green Card Arrived.

OH God Alimighty..Thank You Jesus....What A Miracle ..Today Casually I am looking at the Status and My Case which Has Been Approved on 10/16.Hurrey :dance:

Need to Find Out If they Mailed me Temp-GC or Perm GC.(There was A Discussion Thred in Name Check Pending Thread)..I Have Lost All the Senior Partners in the VJ..LOL who Got Approved and had Left this VJ.Still Would Like to Thanks Guys for Being me Out when Ever I need Any Help and I wish Good Luck To The People Still In Q.

Please Don't Give Up Hope And Get stength from My Case which is a Long Long Journey.There are Times when I got frustrated when I saw People Getting Married in Apr'06 were Issued Green Cards.Anyways I believe in the Proverb "ALL IS WELL THAT ENDS WELL" :thumbs:
