hi, I am active duty military, and i am putting a I130 packet together for my german wife. we got married in the states on a visitor visa and she went home 1 week after that breaking no laws. i have a few questions.

1.)On my g325A it asks for, my address for the past five years. can i put my home or record, or should i try t find out every base i have been at in the last few years?

2.) I was stationed in germany would i put that i lived, and worked in Germany for the year i was there. What about Afghanistan?

3.)on the I130 would i leave the alien registration number block blank or write N/A or None?, same for the G325A.

4.) in the block where it asks for my reason for filing what should I put?

5.) Would it be ok to list my home of record as my address, since i move around quite a bit?

Thank you in advance for helping me on this matter. I hope you all have a great day.

I am active duty military as well. I submitted for a K-1 Visa and I also had to fill out a G-325. My package was approved through USCIS, NVC, and is currently at the embassy in Colombia; so I guess my replies were accepted. Maybe this will help you.

1. I have put every address for all my duty stations for the past 5 years. Here in the US and Overseas

2. I was in Japan and Afghanistan. I put the unit's mailing address. THe FPO-AP number and just in case they didn't understand the FPO-AP I put the Country it was.

3. If she doesn't have an alien registration number then put NONE

4. The reason would be exactly while you are filling it out. I put I-129F Fiancee Visa

5. I would put your current address since they will be sending you correspondence. Be sure to notify USCIS of any address change just in case you do get a permanent change of station. The notification of address cahnge can be done through the USCIS website. Only change it if you plan on never returning to your current address. There is no sense changing it if you only have to leave for a few weeks.

I hope this helps.
