are the only US consulates Vancouver and Montreal? As i see others on the following site : http://canada.usembassy.gov/consulates.html

I'm just wondering as I assumed I would go to Toronto. Hopefully i will find out soon ....life in limbo is getting stressful, haha.

yes, to Vancouver and Montreal, these are the only two consulates in Canada to do immigrant and "K" visas

If you're applying for an IR-1/CR-1 visa, then the ONLY consulate that processes these visas is Montreal. You will NOT be allowed to have your interview in Toronto. You will have to travel to Montreal for your interview.
