there was always the 'file ROC immediately ' without worrying about VAWA, using some other guidelines here.

what's up ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

pics of my wedding, affidavit.s from my friends and family who were at the wedding, and when they meet her and my 9 pages affidavit. but i just told them how i met her and everything else. but in my affidavit of good faith marriage i did not talk when i was living with her i just talk where we go, how we meet, how we felt in love and how we wanted to form a family. we married in my country. i dont know what else to say maybe they want that i say more when i was living with her but i put that in my residing with her. when i lived with my wife we lived at her mothers house, so everything was under her name all the bills. i just give the money to my wife. i dont know if i should contact my mother in law and tell her to the write a letter for me and i dont know if she will do it. she was nice with me.

You didn't have any proof of mingling your life with hers after you were married?

that would be an issue, even if you attempt to ROC by yourself.

You should get a lawyer involved - since you have the denial.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
