Well...today i checked the USCIS website - date touch 2/10...and then it goes on to inform that on 30/9 a request was sent for further information. I cannot imagine what more i can give!!! we used the new forms, included photo,s passport stamps, boarding pass, exit pass, telephone bills, engagement receipt,....i am racking my brains to think what we missed...anyone got any ideas?

and as a afterthought - do i wait for RFE to post it on timeline or do i use 30/9 as the rfe date?

Timeline

All 4 pages on each G-3254A signed?

They have sent some weird RFEs asking for evidence of having met and stuff like that, even if people have sent them with the initial package. There was also one for the beneficiary's birth certificate and its translation even if it's not a requirement.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Check this post, it was from me a couple of weeks ago when I was in the same situation you are in.

You just have to wait to see what it is they want.

Good luck!

For now just try to remain calm, cause I know the feeling and I know how you must be feeling right now thinking a million reasons for the RFE. But you just won't know until it arrives via snail mail

i am exactly the same as you truffles we did everything correct (even through a lawyer) we have 2 kids together aged 2 and 1 so i really think that is sufficient proof that we have been together in the last 2 years...i too am wondering what else they could need! good luck to you though
