hello everyone ,

Wanna ask more a question about I-130 how many pages of email and chatlogs to include the packet.????? we are IR-1 soon to filling it after to complete the documents

Here is a copy of the cover letter from mine... (I sent no coorespondance... Just Six pictures, one affidavit from my daughter and the required documents) To file the I130 you just need to prove she is a valid applicant.

You need proof of a continuing relationship during the interview in Manila.

We just mailed our packet today. In addition to the required forms we sent 1 page of pictures, 2 affidavits from friends, letter from employer stating that we relive together for 2 years (company provides our housing), form I sent to my 401k designating my husband as my benificiary and the form we will out to have joint health insurance coverage.

I hope it helps you! We spent a lot of time working on it....such a relief to get it out the door!

Well the only proof I sent was a letter from my obgyn proof of pregnancy and our marriage certificate.

We don't have alot of pictures the only ones we have our a couple or so from the wedding and just one picture after we got married but I didnt send those in because i didn't think I needed too but I got an approval, thank god, on just the marriage certificate and proof of pregnancy.

Beneficiary's birth certificate is not needed when filing a petition with USCIS, it will be needed when the file reaches teh NVC.
