Interview at US EMbassy Manila

Jan.30, 2012 was our interview at USEM.I was not nervous because my finace was with me and will accompany me and my daughter to the interview.I was a little worried because we don't have ITR,W2 or paystubs to show the consul.See,my fiance is under disability.He is receiving a monthly check from SSI.And i was worried for almost 7 months because i was thinking that we will be denied a visa beacuse of this.Any way,we prayed together before going to the embassy.arrived there 15 minutes before our scheduled time.got the interview done without any hassle.the interviewer was very nice.We were approved!

I actually ask some advice here in visa journey about our situation and some say we will never make it because my fiance doesn't have any income.well,we made it!and thanks to all vj'ers who shared there inputs and advises.

To those couples who have the same situation as we have.just prepare all your documents,prepare well for the interview,be confident,think positive,pray,pray and pray harder.

How long did it take you to get your packet 3 from manila once it arrived there from the NVC?

Embassy in Manila does not mail a packet out, everything is done online.
