Are you the UC citizen or the beneficiary? Because the DS-260 has to be filled out by the beneficiary, not sure if I understand your topic well, it looks unclear. I don't know how to correct it though…

Edit: Oops, I mislead the form… Nevermind!

You don't need the Ds-260 for the fiance visa, the one you need is the DS-160.

Is this True?

In MEXICO it is, my fiance just had his interview yesterday and was asked to show the Ds-160 not the DS-260. About this being true in the Philippines I couldn't tell you for sure.

You need the DS-260

For all interviews taking place from January 10, 2011, prior to attending your consular interview appointment you should also complete DS-260 form on line at www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and after that, you must access http://mexico.usvisa-info.com to schedule an appointment at the Applicant Service Center (ASC) of your choice, to get your fingerprints and photographs collected.

The DS-160 is not even listed on their fiance forms page: http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/fianceforms.html

To the OP> I am not sure what to do about their being mistakes on it. This is one of the reasons I suggested he fill out his own forms for his visa interview. You can have him fill out and print a correct one and take it with him to clear up anything that might need clearing up from the couple wrong answers. Maybe someone else that had experience with an 'oops' on the forms will come along with a better answer for you.
