The email with your interview date is exactly what you use....print it out and have at least two hard copies. As to your medical question, I am not sure...sorry. You'll need to take a copy of the NVC "interview" letter to your exam as well.

Sincerely and best of luck,

Magnus Malik

Your present certificate is valid for your interview date; therefore, there is no need to obtain another. You are ok with regards to that.

Correct, however, the Embassy does have the discretion to ask for another one.

my sponsor had filed I-864(affidavit of support) and attached the last 3 years financial statements with documents in NVC.Now i will also have to take copies of finanacial records with me in interview?? as P4 states

"IF a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) AND provided the NVC with proof of

an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, the

applicant must bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa

interview."

scanned or photo copies of records will be enough or original will be required??
