I-485 - which Application Type?

I'm moving from TN Status to GC, planning on filing a complete AOS package with I-130 and I-485 at the same time.

None of the options in section 2 really seem to apply. Based on the elimination of all the other options, the only one I can see being correct is "a", but I wanted to ask just to be sure.

Can anyone confirm? :)
