I'll be travelling to Lagos on Monday and was curious for those that have been there during the strike and post strike, what is the atmosphere like now? I want to prepare myself what to expect. Anything particular I need to watch for, or are things back to the way they were?

Thanks!

I leave tonight to arrive on Saturday. I'm not worried. Nigeria is always unpredictable, so I don't honestly think the strike has changed that. Just be alert and trust your instincts. Journey Mercies!

Common sense, stay away from crowds that gather for protesting. You are there to see family not make a thing over local problems.

I have plans of going there in March and I am taking my little boy so they better not start any thing with me or it will be a protest and a war. Maybe by then the chaos will be over.
